The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), established on 14 December 1950 by the United Nations General Assembly, invites qualified suppliers to submit a firm offer for the Exportation and Delivery of one (1) unit of Armoured Treated Vehicle diplomatic shipment , with a gross weight of 5,500 kg, to UNHCR Representation Office in N’djamena, Republic of Chad as specified in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
