REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PARTNERSHIP WITH AKINYELE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ON FUNDING THE CONSTRUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OF ULTRA-MODERN SHOPPING COMPLEX AT IYANA SASA, ALONG OLD OYO/IBADAN ROAD, SASA IN AKINYELE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA, IBADAN
Akinyele Local Government of Oyo State in its determined bid to improve and sustain its Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) profile wishes to engage any interested indigenous reputable Property Developer/Contractor for the Construction of Ultra-modern Shopping Complex at Iyana Sasa, Along Old Oyo/Ibadan Road, Sasa, Ibadan that will consist of not less than Twenty Six (26) Lock up Shops with Conveniences on its parcel of land measuring 593.82 Square meters (M2), on Build Operate and Transfer (BOT) Model under Public Private Partnership (PPP) Arrangement.
Towards this end, the Management of the Local Government is requesting interested suitably qualified Contractors to indicate and submit Proposals on Expression of Interest in the same regard.
The Local Government expects any bidder to meet the following conditions:
(i) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
(ii) Evidence of Registration with the Local Government as a Contractor.
(iii) Comprehensive Profile indicating the names, status, and qualifications of the Management Team and other Principal Staff of the Company.
(iv) Evidence of successful handling/completion of similar projects within and outside the state.
(v) Evidence of payment of Tax for the last Three (3) years.
(vi) Evidence of payment to non-refundable Application Fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (50,000.00) only to the coffers of this Local Government.
(vii) Evidence of financial capability/readiness for immediate commencement and early completion of the project without hitch or abandonment.
Consequently, all Expression of Interest Documents with evidence of non-refundable Expression of Interest fee of the sum of Fifty Thousand Naira (50,000.00) only to be paid into the coffers of this Local Government are expected to reach Akinyele Local Government, Moniya, Oyo State of Nigeria not later than Fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication as late application would not be entertained, please.
