INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE 34TH ENGINEERING ASSEMBLY 2026
1.0 PREAMBLE
The Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) hereby invites interested Suppliers, Printing press, Vendors / Service providers to Bid / EOI for the following lots:
2.0 AREA FOR TENDERS
- LOT 1. Production of 34th Engineering Assembly Bags
- LOT 2. Printing of Proceedings, Programmes & CD Book formats
- LOT 3. Production of Souvenirs for Dignitaries
- LOT 4. Provision of Onsite & Online Registration by Field Information Technician
- LOT 5. Provision of IT / Multi-Media Facilities
- LOT 6. Provision of Exhibition
- LOT 7. Provision of Catering Services for Engineering Assembly
- LOT 8. Supply of non-alcoholic drinks
- LOT 9. Provision of Decoration and beautification of the venue, renting of suitable chairs/table
- LOT 10. Provision of security services
- LOT 11. Engagement of integrated Event communication & public relations Consultant.
3.0 TENDER REQUIREMENTS
i. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
ii. Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three (3) years viz 2023, 2024 and 2025
iii. Value Added Tax Registration Certificate
iv. Company Profile indicating key personnel with years of relevant experience
v. Verifiable evidence of financial capability to execute the job / render the service
vi. Verifiable evidence of similar works successfully completed within the last three years, attaching photocopies of award letter
vii. Letter of attestation from a reputable Bank
viii. Evidence of certificate of Compliance with Pension Reform Act 2004 issued by PENCOM
ix. Evidence of Certificate of compliance with Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF)
x. Evidence of registration on the Bureau of Public Procurement Data Base of contractors, consultants and Service providers by inclusion of Interim Registration Report (IRR) as provided (expiring on 31/1/2022) in part II section 5 (h) of PPA 2007.
xi. Evidence of compliance with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Amendment Act 2011 and payment of Training contributions to ITF in compliance with section 6 (2) of the Industrial Training Fund Act.
xii. Verifiable evidence of audited accounts for the past three (3) years viz 2023, 2024 and 2025
xiii. All document(s) for submission must be transmitted with a covering / forwarding letter under the company / firm letter head paper bearing among others, the registration number (RC) as issued by the corporate affairs commission (CAC), contact address, phone number (preferably GSM no) and email address. The letter head paper must bear the names and nationality of the Directors of the company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm.
4.0 COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS:
Interested Bidders are required to obtain Tender Bidding Documents from the Procurement Unit upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira Only (N10,000.00) via COREN TSA between 10:00am to 2:00pm within 14 days from the date of this publication.
5.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS:
Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with soft copy of financial bid only in Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid or financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Registrar, Council for the Regulation of Engineering 22, Addis Ababa Crescent, Wuse Zone 4, Abuja. The envelope should be clearly marked with (the name of the Lot and the Lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and should be dropped in the designated Tender not later than 12:00 noon Thursday, 26th March, 2026.
6.0 OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS
Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after deadline for the submission on Friday, 27th March, 2026 by 12 noon at COREN COUNCIL CHAMBER HQ Abuja, while the financial bids will be kept on-opened. Please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register, as COREN will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
NOTE:
A. The “TENDER” shall not be a commitment on the part of COREN. It shall not entitle the tenderer to make any claims whatsoever or seek for any remedy / indemnity from COREN by virtue of such tender having responded to this advert.
B. Late submission will not be accepted.
C. Submission should be very clear on the areas of specialization and LOT(s) of interest within 14 days of the advert placement.
D. Any Bidder / Company is entitled to bid for a single LOT.
E. Bid must be English Language.
