OJO LOCAL GOVERNMENT, LAGOS STATE
INVITATION FOR TENDER AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
Ojo Local Government in pursuance of its mandate and THEMES Agenda – the six pillar Development plan of Lagos State Government, also in compliance with the Lagos State Public Procurement Law, 2021 as amended and in tandem with 2026 capital budgetary provision of the Local Government.
Ojo Local Government hereby invites expression of interest from prospective Contractors/Suppliers/Consultants with the objective of pre-qualifying these Contractors/Suppliers/Consultants to develop a data base of service providers with which the Ojo Local Government will partner in subsequent bidding process and contract awards.
(2.0) PRE-QUALIFICATION AREAS
(A) WORKS
Lot 1 Construction of Ojo PHC Lot 2 Construction of Ojo Town Hall Lot 3 Construction of ICT Centre, Ojo Lot 4 Construction of Roads/Bridges- Construction of Akani Street to Tola Ogunmuro Street (Ward B)- Maxi Uzorgu from Igbede to Church Street, Sabo Ashade (Ward C)- Grading of Tedi Muwo Street toward PHC- Grading within Ojo Lot 5 Construction and Rehabilitation of Drainages and Culverts- Odusanya Street, Samiu Ajiro Street toward Akoberu- Linking Ikemo drainage collector towards Lagoon- Provision for the Rehabilitation of Culverts within Ojo Community Lot 6 Construction of Police Station, Ojo Lot 7 Construction of Public Toilets- Public Toilet at Iyana-Iba Market- Mile 10/Volkswagen- Olojo Market (with Solar borehole) Lot 8 Renovation of Executive Chairman Office Lot 9 Concrete Foot Bridge between Agonu to Igbo Oja Kekere- Concrete Foot-Bridge, Itogbesa and Irewe/Ibode/Popooku Lot 10 Provision for Boreholes in various wards within Ojo Local Government Lot 11 Construction of Mini Stadium, St. Michael Pry School, Ojo
(B) GOODS
Lot 1 Procurement of vehicles for Executives and Legislative Arms Lot 2 Procurement of Vehicles for the Obas within Ojo Local Government Lot 3 Procurement of Vehicles for Ojo Local Government Officials Lot 4 Provision of Computers for ICT Center, Ojo
(3.0) ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
Interested bidders are expected to submit the followings:
(1) Evidence of incorporation and registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(2) Tax clearance certificate for the last three years (2023 – 2025)
(3) Evidence of registration with PPA
(4) Evidence of financial capability (Ref. Letter from the company’s bank)
(5) Evidence of Technical experience and proof of similar job done for the last five years (Letters of award and job completion certificates of the previous similar projects).
(6) Company’s profile and list of key officers and directors with their qualifications.
(7) Evidence of availability of adequate and right equipment for the job.
(8) Submission of Bid Security from a reputable bank or insurance company.
(4.0) SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Documents should be sealed and clearly marked:
PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS FOR WORKS/GOODS and addressed to:

and be submitted to The Procurement Unit of Ojo Local Government.
(5.0) CLOSING DATE
Submission closes on:

- Day: Monday-Friday
- Time: 3:00pm Daily
Late submissions will not be considered
(6.0) DISCLAIMER
- Pre-qualification does not constitute an invitation to tender.Only pre-qualified firms will be invited to bid for specific projects.
- The Ojo Local Government reserves the right to accept or reject any submissions.
- Interested Bidder may obtain further information from the office of the Council Manager during Office hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm daily.
