INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) FOR THE EXECUTION OF APPROPRIATION PROJECTS FOR THE YEAR 2026
1.0 INTRODUCTION
The ROYAL MBO HOST COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TRUST in compliance with the provisions of the Petroleum Industry Act, and the provisions of her operating manual, hereby invites interested, reputable and competent companies to bid for underlined projects (Works and Goods).
2.0 SCOPE OF WORKS/GOODS

3.0 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Prospective bidders must possess the underlisted requirements to be eligible in this procurement.
a. Evidence of certificate of incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission CAC Including Form CAC1.1, or CAC2 and CAC7.
b. Evidence of the company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificates for the past three (3) years (covering 2022, 2023, and 2024), valid until 31st December 2025.
c. Company’s profile with curriculum vitae of key staff to be deployed for the project including copies of their academic/professional qualifications.
d. List of equipment’s with proof of ownership/lease (for works).
e. In the case of a Joint Venture (JV) or Partnership, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) must be provided, clearly stating the roles and responsibilities of each party.
f. All submission documents must be accompanied by a covering/forwarding letter on the company’s or firm’s official letterhead, which must clearly display the following details; Company Name and Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably a GSM number) and Email Address. The letter must be duly signed by an authorized officer of the firm.
4.0 COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested Bidders are to collect the standard bidding document (SDB) from Monday, 16th March, 2026, between the hour of 10am to 3pm daily at the TRUST OFFICE, Plot D25, Mobil Housing Estate, Shelter Afrique Uyo, upon showing evidence of payment of non-refundable contract registration fee of N10,000 paid into the Royal Mbo HCDT account (Zenith bank Plc: Account Number: 1313532015). He shall also pay a tender fee of #50,000 at the Trust office before collection of Tender documents.
5.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
For each of the lots desired, prospective bidders are to submit technical and financial bids in two hard copies each, with an additional softcopy of the financial bid in MS excel format. The technical and financial bids should be packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked at the Top left corner of the envelops “TECHNICAL BID” or “FINANCIAL BID” respectively.
The envelopes should be clearly marked at the back with the name of the project and the lot number and should be addressed to the Office of the Chairman, BOT, Royal Mbo HCDT.
The envelopes should be deposited in the designated tender box at the Trust office, Royal Mbo HCDT secretariat, Plot D25, Mobil Housing Estate, Shelter Afrique Uyo, not later than 12: noon on Monday, 13th April, 2026.
6.0 OPENING OF BIDS
Technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday, 13th April, 2026, at the office of the ManCom Chairman, Royal Mbo HCDT secretariat, Plot: D25, Mobil Housing Estate, Shelter Afrique Uyo.
Only Contractors whose technical bids are successful may proceed to the financial bid stage.
Please ensure that you sign the bid submission register at the Trust’s office. The Royal Mbo HCDT will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
7.0 GENERAL INFORMATION
a. Bid must be in English language and signed by an authorized signatory of the bidder
b. Bids submitted after deadline for submission would be returned unopen
c. All cost associated with the bids will be borne by the respective bidders.
d. Only prequalified bidders at technical evaluation may proceed to the financial bid stage.
e. The Royal Mbo Host Community Development Trust, is not bound to prequalify any bidder and reserves the right to annul the procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities in accordance with section 28 of the Public Procurement Act 2007.
