QUOTATION SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Interested vendors must include the following in their submission:
(1) Complete company documents (CAC Registration, Tax Identification, etc.).
(2) Validity of quotation (minimum 30 days from submission).
(3) Payment terms (e.g., 50% advance, 50% on delivery or full payment after delivery).
(4) Delivery terms (timeline, logistics responsibility, Installation cost, and conditions).
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- CCCRN is VAT-exempt (as an NGO).
- Statutory deductions (WHT) will apply.
- Performance Bond (PB) may be required for high-value transactions.
- Pricing must be per unit (Piece)
