INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
In the effort to improve the living standard of its people, the Gwale Local Government Council wishes to undertake the execution of some developmental projects; therefore, all interested Companies and Contractors are hereby invited for Pre-qualification to Tender
SCOPE OF THE WORK:
(1) Reconstruction of 250m road filled in solid block drainage, reinforced concrete stable from Ma’ahad Islamiyya surrounding to Mangorori Area, Dandago Ward.
(2) Construction/over laying of interlocking floor tiles demarcation (600ml x 100mw) from Ma’ahad Islamiyya surroundings to Layin Mai Dalailu Dandago Ward.
(3) Procurement and installation of solar street lights at Ma’ahad Islamiyya, Dandago Ward.
(4) Construction of drainage, interlocking tiles, and procurement and installation of solar street lights at Dandago, Lokon Shanu, Hamidan Dandago Ward.
(5) Construction of drainage, interlocking tiles, and installation of solar street lights at Kuntau Old Airport road, Dorayi Ward.
(6) Construction of a block of two classrooms with office and store at Dorayi Tunga, Gyaranya and Ma’ahad Sheikh Ibrahim Islamiyya Primary School, Lokon Makera.
(7) Procurement and installation of solar street lights at Gadon Kaya.
(8) Construction of a block of two classrooms with office and store at Kofar Na’isa Primary School, Kofar Waika Primary School, Unguwan Dabai and Mai Gadon Kaya and other areas.
(9) Completion of Darul Aulad Watta’alim Islamiyya Primary School, Jaen Yamma “B” Layin Bashir Dandago, near Babba Milk, Dorayi Ward.
(10) Completion of Markazu Umar Islamiyya, Turba Waika Waje, Kabuga Ward.
(11) Completion of Madinatul School, Dorayi Babba, Unguwar Jakada, Dorayi Ward.
PRE – QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
- Evidence of incorporation with CAC.
- Evidence of financial capability and bank support Record of similar products or experiences, technical staff, equipment, plants and technical capability.
- List of similar projects or experiences, technical staff, equipment, plants and technical capacity.
- VAT registration and evidence of past VAT remittance.
Submission of pre-qualification documents:
All pre-qualification documents of either of the above project are to be delivered on or before 1 week from the date of this notice (05 May, 2026) in a sealed envelope s and boldly marked pre-qualification to tender and address to the DPM Gwale Local Government, Kano,
