INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
(1) Ibadan North East Local Government here by invites reputable contractors to tender for the Construction of Open Reinforced line drains, Culverts and Asphaltic Pavement of Akere layout, Bashorun Ibadan, in Ibadan North East Local Government (Length= 1.5km width -2.2m)
(2) PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
(i) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission and Ibadan North East Local Government as a Contractor.
(ii) Evidence of payment of tax for the last (3) years with TIN
(iii) Evidence of previous Experience on similar job executed.
(iv) Verifiable evidence of financial capacity of the company to undertake such projects i.e. performance bond from a reputable financial institution, (Commercial)
(v) Evidence of payment of One hundred and fifty thousand naira(150,000) as a tender fees to Ibadan North East Local Government Zenith Bank Account Number 1010911377 (Non-Refundable)
(3) The submission of the tender is opened on 09 April to 15 April, 2026.
Tender of Ten (10) copies in sealed envelopes should be forwarded to the office of the Chairman, Ibadan North East Local Government, Iwo road, Ibadan not later than one week from the date of this publication. Pls. note that the opening of all submitted tender bids will take place on the expiry of the tender by 12noon at the local government Secretariat. The tender board is not under any obligation to accept the lowest bid and late tender will not be attended to
