EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE SUPPLY OF MOBILE PHONES
Population Services International (PSI) i s a leading global health organization with programs targeting malaria, child survival, HIV/AIDS, and reproductive health, PSI is looking to procure a quantity of 1,300 mobile phones of one of the following make and models:
- Redmi A5 (3G/64GB)
- Redmi A5 (4G/128GB)
- Redmi A3PRO (4G/128GB)
- Tecno Pop 10c (4G/128GB)
Interested suppliers should provide proposals not later than 10 April, 2026 to procurementbids@psinigeria.org. Suppliers are required to provide the following within their proposal:
(1) Evidence of legal registration and regulatory compliance in Nigeria, including CAC incorporation documents.
(2) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (last three years), VAT registration.
(3) Proof of compliance with NCC device approval requirements.
(4) Letter from their local bank confirming (Account standing & Financial credibility).
(5) Evidence of past contracts supplying mobile devices.
(6) Warranty & after-sales support capability.
(7) Local service center presence in Nigeria.
