INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION FOR PROJECT EXECUTION
The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Collaboration with the Gombe State Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning and Gombe State Primary Health Care Development Agency (GSPHCDA) is hereby calling on interested registered vendors to apply for the procurement of Tricycle Ambulances in line with the Gombe State Council on Public Procurement Bureau Law.
(2) All interested vendors must have the following documents which serves as prerequisite for pre-qualification to handle the job:
- Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) for at least three (3) years
- Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) for at least three (3) years
- Evidence of Audited Financial Turnover amount required to match a percentage of job requirements.
- Evidence of Past contract experience and amount to match job requirements on the average
- Evidence of Bank Guarantee.
- Profile of the Company
- Audited financial turnover amount required to match the percentage of job requirement
