INVITATION TO BID FOR PROJECTS EXCUTION
(1.0) INTRODUCTION:
As part of our efforts to achieve our mandate and fulfill our campaign promises, Igbogbo-Baiyeku Local Council Development Area under the Chairmanship of Omo’ba Hammed Olalekan Aroyewun hereby invites qualified and interested contractors to bid for the construction of 3 Floors Modern Model Primary School Development at Igbogbo as Zumratul Islamiyyah Primary School, Igbogbo.

(2.0) ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
(a) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C).
(b) Evidence of registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency (PPA)
(c) Tax clearance certificate for the past 3years (2023, 2024, 2025)
(d) Submission of Company Profile.
(e) Evidence of Registration with Igbogbo-Baiyeku Local Council Development Area.
(f) Proof of similar job(s) done in the past.
Please note that taking part in the bidding process shall not be construed as an award of contract.
Interested eligible applicant may obtain further information at the Procurement Office of Igbogbo-Baiyeku Local Council Development Area on or before Friday, 05 June, 2026.
Interested applicants should note that Igbogbo-Baiyeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA) reserves the right to verify claims made in the bid submitted at any level.
(3.0) COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
The Tender Documents are to be collected from the Procurement Office on payment of non-refundable processing/Tender fee of N40,000.00 (Forty Thousand Naira) Only.
(4.0) SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested bidder should submit two (2) sealed envelopes with the name of the project written in capital letters at the top left corner of the envelope, addressed to:

IGBOGBO-BAIYEKU LOCAL COUNCIL DEVELOPMENT AREA
27, OBAFEMI AWOLOWO ROAD, IGBOGBO, IKORODU, LAGOS STATE.
(5.0) CLOSING AND OPENING OF BID DOCUMENTS
The completed and sealed Tender Document, addressed to the Executive Chairman, Igbogbo Baiyeku Local Council Development Area should be dropped in the LCDA Tender Box not later than 12 noon on Friday, 05 June, 2026.
The bid opening will hold the same day and same time.
Any Bid submitted thereafter will not be considered.
The contractors or their representatives are expected to be present at the Bid Opening.
