INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
(1) INTRODUCTION
College of Education, Akwanga, in compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2007, hereby invites interested and reputable Contractors, Suppliers, Vendors and the General Public with requisite expertise, experience and good track records to summit Financial Bids for the Year 2026 TETFUND Annual Intervention Project and Year 2026 TETFUND Intervention for ICT Support.
(2) SCOPE:

(3) ELIGIBILITY/REQUIREMENTS
Bids shall be evaluated based on criteria including but not limited to:
(a) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(b) Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December, 2025;
(c) Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December 2025 (this requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 15 and above);
(d) Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2025;
(e) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of the Polytechnic Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2025 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.;
(f) For Supply of Equipment: Letter of Authorization as representative of the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
(g) List of plant and Equipment and proof of ownership for works
(4) COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested Companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the Head of Procurement on Presentation of evidence of a non-refundable tender fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) per Lot, paid at the school.
(5) SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
All Completed Technical and Financial Tenders shall be submitted in separate envelopes, clearly marked “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, the two envelopes should be put together in a bigger envelope addressed to the Ag. Director of Procurement, College of Education Akwanga, Nasarawa State and clearly marked with the name of the Bidder and dropped in the designated Tender Box Located at the School.
(6) OPENING OF THE TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL BIDS
The Technical and Financial Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, 15th May, 2026, in the College Hall in the presence of all bidders or their representatives. Please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register in the office of the Director of Procurement, the College will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. (7) GENERAL INFORMATION
(a) Bid must be in English Language and signed by an official authorized by the bidder.
(b) Bids summited after the deadline will be returned unopened.
(c) All costs will be borne by the bidders.
(d) College of Education Akwanga, Nasarawa State reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act, 2007 on matters regarding this Procurement without incurring any liability from the bidder.
