EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS
We at Warri Kingdom Coastal Host Community Development Trust (HCDT) are seeking to engage qualified consultants to provide professional services for upcoming infrastructure projects. These projects aim to improve transportation networks, enhance water supply systems, and upgrade energy facilities.
The consultancy services will include, but are not limited to:
- Feasibility studies and technical assessments
- Design and engineering support Project management and supervision Environmental and social impact assessments
- Capacity building and knowledge transfer
Interested consultants should demonstrate:
- Proven experience in infrastructure projects of similar scale and complexity
- Relevant professional certifications and licenses
- Strong project management and technical expertise
- Adequate staffing and resources to deliver within timelines
Consultants are invited to submit their Expression of Interest, including:
- Company profile and organizational structure
- Details of relevant past projects (with references)
- CVs of key personnel
- Evidence of registration and certifications
- Any additional information that supports capability
All EOIs must be submitted on/before 28 May, 2026 (10am- 4pm daily) to:
