EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROVISION OF GROUP LIFE INSURANCE FOR GIZ NIGERIA STAFF
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is desirous of a group life insurance provider that has the relevant experience, track record and professional skills; has the technical resources to provide comprehensive to GIZ Nigeria Staff
- PROVISION OF GROUP LIFE INSURANCE FOR GIZ NIGERIA STAFF
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified companies to express their interest by furnishing GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
(a) An official letter expressing interest on the Company Letterhead.
(b) Comprehensive Company Profile.
(c) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). (inclusive of CAC certification, memorandum of association, status report).
(d) Evidence of active insurance license issued by National Insurance Commission.
(e) Evidence of Tax clearance certificate for 2023,2024 and 2025 with an average annual turnover (at least: NGN 499,814,050).
(f) An average number of employees (at least 50 employees) and management tea m for the past three calendar years.
(g) Provide at least five reference projects in Group Life insurance Management earned out in Nigeria within the last 38 months and West Africa.
(h) Evidence of Providing Group Life Management Services for at least five international organisations.
(i) Proof of Gross Written Premium (GWP) over the last 5 years.
