EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
The Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) hereby invites reputable and experienced facility Management Companies to submit applications for the management of its Lagos Building located at: No. 1, Engineering Close, Off Idowu Taylor Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
(1) Scope of Services
The selected firm will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the facility, including but not limited to:
(i) General maintenance of the building and its infrastructure
(ii) Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems management
(iii) Cleaning and janitorial services
(iv) Security coordination and access control
(v) Waste management
(vi) Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance
(vii) Landscaping and general upkeep of the premises
(viii) Tenant management, including tenant relations, lease administration, rent/service charge coordination, complaint resolution, and ensuring compliance with tenancy agreements.
(2) Eligibility Criteria
Interested companies must:
(i) Be duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(ii) Have a minimum of five (5) years’ proven experience in facility and property/tenant management
(iii) Provide evidence of managing similar high- profile/commercial properties with multiple tenants
(iv) Possess relevant professional certifications and qualified personnel
(v) Demonstrate financial capacity and technical competence
(3) Submission Requirements
Applicants are required to submit:
(i) Company profile and portfolio of past projects
(ii) Evidence of registration and relevant licenses
(iii) List of key personnel and their qualifications
(iv) Detailed proposal outlining service approach and methodology (including tenant management strategy)
(v) Financial proposal
(4) Property Inspection
Interested companies are encouraged to carry out an inspection of the property prior to the submission of their proposals in order to familiarize themselves with the scope, condition and operational requirements of the facility. Arrangements for inspection may be made through: 07035032770.
