BACKGROUND

TechnoServe is implementing the Nigerian Smallholder Dairy Farmer Development Project in partnership with Danone Ecosystem, FanMilk Nigeria, and the Gates Foundation. The project seeks to strengthen the regional dairy value chain by increasing milk production, improving market access for smallholder dairy farmers and herders, and strengthening the systems and partnerships required for sustainable dairy sector growth.

As the project approaches its final implementation phase, TechnoServe is seeking a short-term Program Operations & Closeout Consultant (hereafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) to support the successful completion of project activities through September 2026. The Service Provider will focus on coordinating project closeout activities, managing donor reporting, and leading the development and implementation of a transition strategy for TechnoServe-supported Milk Collection Centers (MCCs).
