The U.S. Embassy Abuja invites qualified vendors to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of the item listed below.

Tax Exemption: The U.S. Embassy is exempt from the payment of taxes and VAT. Taxes should not be included in the quoted price.
Quotation Requirements
To be considered for award, vendors must:
(1) Email quotations to AbujaProcurement@state.gov and include PR15989149 in the subject line.
(2) Provide product specifications, brochures, pictures, or other supporting technical documentation.
(3) Include delivery lead time and clearly indicate if the item is backordered.
(4) Provide references and contact information for customers served within the last three (3) years.
(5) Submit proof of active registration in SAM.gov and a valid Unique Entity Identifier (UEI).
(6) Provide evidence of compliance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), if applicable.
(7) Complete, sign, and return the attached Certification of Compliance with Applicable U.S. Federal Anti-Discrimination Laws.
(8) Clearly indicate in BOLD if offering an alternative product and provide complete specifications for comparison.
