REQUEST FOR QUOTE FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL CONSUMABLES, ACCESSORIES AND BRANDED ITEMS (ADDENDUM)
1. Deadline
The deadline is extended to 31st of July, 2026.
2. Mode of Submission

b. Submission should be made on or before 31st July 2026 at 12:00 PM (Nigerian Time) to the MSH Nigeria Procurement team via the following email address: ng-peechbids@msh.org
3. Delivery Location is to Multiple States with an average of about 1000 pieces of each item per state in this first batch; FCT, Kaduna, Bomo, Katsina, Niger, Plateau, Yobe, Ebonyi, Kano, Akwa Ibom, Anambra.
4. Financial Proposal
Unit cost of each item should be inclusive of the delivery charges and all associated charges to each of the states listed above.
5. Delivery Timeline
Vendors are to quote based on their best and fastest delivery lead time. The preferred delivery timeline is at most 2 – 3 weeks from the date of Purchase Order Issuance. MSH may consider the vendor’s proposed delivery lead time.
6. Correct Categorization

CATEGORY B: SUPPLY OF MEDICAL CONSUMABLES AND ACCESSORIES
