TERMS and CONDITIONS OF QUOTATION

  • Delivery Place: Borno, Yobe, and Adamawa
  • Payment Terms: 100% Payment after delivery.

QUOTATION SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Interested vendors must submit documents in a sealed envelope, not later than the deadline, including:

  • Warranty details.
  • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (mandatory).
  • Proof of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
  • Quotation on official letterhead.
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN) and EFCC SCUML Certificate.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Selected bidder(s) must deliver within Ten (10) days.
  • Quantities: CENSCOPE reserves the right to adjust quantities based on operational needs.
