INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
Ido Local Government invites interested, competent and reputable contractors to bid/ submit tender for the 2.5km asphaltic construction of Elebu- Oritamerin-Abese Road In Ido Local Government.
2. PRE QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
I. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission and Ido Local Government as a contractor.
Ii. Evidence of payment of tender fee (non refundable)
Iii. Presentation of three (3) years tax clearance certificate and FIRS TIN.
Iv. Evidence of financial capability of the company to undertake such project and banking support(performance bond from a reputable financial institution or insurance company )
V. Equipment and technical capacity
Vi. Evidence of similar projects executed and evidence of knowledge of the industry.
Vii. Experience /technical qualifications.
Viii. Any other important information that could assists in ascertaining the company’s suitability for the job.
3. Contract details and job specification for the project are available for scrutiny in the office of the Local Government Director of Works during official hours.
4. SUBMISSION OF TENDER/DOCUMENTS:
All interested contractors/bidders are enjoined to submit their bids within ten (10) days of this public notice to the undersigned. Kindly note that late submission shall not be considered.
5. Please, note that the local government owns no bidder/tenderer any explanation or apology if the bid/tender is not finally considered.
