EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE ENGAGEMENT OF TAX CONSULTANT
The Nigerian Electricity Supply Corporation (Nigeria) Limited (NNL) hereby invites reputable and qualified Tax Consultants to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Provision of Tax Consultancy Services.
Interested firms are required to demonstrate their qualifications and capacity by submitting the following mandatory documents:
1. Active Certificate of Incorporation/Registration issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
2. Company Profile detailing the firm’s experience, organizational structure, key personnel and relevant audit assignments.
3. Evidence of firms Current Practicing License issued by either the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) or the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN).
4. Evidence of Firms Valid Tax Clearance Certificates for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025).
5. Evidence of Firms Registration with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN) for both the Audit Firm and the proposed Engagement Partner.
6. Evidence of Professional Indemnity Insurance Cover.
7. Signed Independence Declaration confirming that the firm and its personnel are independence and free from any conflict of interest that may impair the objective of the audit engagement.

Interested firms should submit their Expression of Interest and all supporting documents electronically in PDF format to:

Submission Deadline
All submissions must be received on or before 4:00PM on 28th day of August 2026
Please note that this EOI is intended solely for the purpose of shortlisting qualified firms. Only firms that meet thee stated requirements and are successfully shortlisted will be contacted through the same email address used for submission and subsequently issued the full Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
NESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any submission and is under no obligation to provide reasons dot its decision.
