Auction Details
Auction Date: 8th September 2026
Time: 10:00 a.m.
Venue: First Floor, Large Hall, Dopate Oil & Gas Filling Station, adjacent to the Main Gate of Sun City Estate, Galadimawa, Abuja.
Registration: 16th August – 6th September 2026
Inspection: 16th August – 4th September 2026
Inspection Locations: Abuja, Kano, Kaduna, Sokoto & Maiduguri.
Requirements/Terms
- Refundable bid deposit: ₦500,000 for bigger items and ₦200,000 for smaller items.
- Only registered and verified bidders may participate.
- Assets are sold strictly on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis.
- Successful bidders must complete payment within 3 working days.
- Failure to complete payment within the stipulated period may result in forfeiture of the deposit and re-auction of the lot.
- Buyer’s Premium: 0.5%.
- Successful bidders shall be responsible for the evacuation/removal of purchased assets.
