1. INTRODUCTION
The Management of A.C OTEGBULU & PARTNERS wishes to inform the general public, private investors, business stakeholders, upcoming entrepreneurs, and corporate manufacturing firms that it is disposing of a premium, high-yield industrial asset lot: A Complete 52-Unit Bulk Package of Brand New, Never-Been-Used Wuxi Longting Industrial Wire Nail Making Machines and Supporting Plant Infrastructure.

3. INSPECTION SCHEDULE & MANDATORY 24-HOUR NOTICE RULE
Prospective individual and corporate buyers are strongly advised to visit our facility at Ajah to physically verify the unit counts and evaluate the full asset package before submitting their offers.

  • Inspection Dates: Monday, September 7, 2026, to Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
  • Inspection Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily (Mondays through Fridays).
  • MANDATORY 24-HOUR BOOKING RULE: To maintain neighborhood residential estate security and site safety standards, all prospective inspectors MUST book their inspection appointment at least 24 hours prior to their intended arrival time. Walk-ins will strictly not be permitted access to the facility.

4. REQUIREMENTS FOR BID SUBMISSION
All interested buyers must provide the following details through the digital portal:
• Contact Information: Full Individual Name OR Corporate Entity Name, Phone Number, and Email.
• Financial Offer: The total lump-sum cash offer in Nigerian Naira (NGN) for the entire 52-unit asset package.

5. METHOD OF SUBMISSION & DIGITAL FORM PROTOCOL

6. CLOSING DATE AND TIME

  • The digital submission portal will automatically close and lock at exactly Friday, September 18, 2026, at 6:00 PM.
  • Any attempt to submit after this period will be completely blocked by the platform. The disposal committee will pull the backend database immediately following closing.

7. AWARD METHOD & STRICT FORFEITURE CLAUSE

  • The entire 52-unit factory package will be awarded strictly to the Highest Responsive Bidder (whether a private individual or a company) who meets or exceeds our confidential reserve price.
  • 48-Hour Payment Window: The successful bidder will be notified via phone and email. They must make full balance payment within 48 hours of notification and clear the entire 52-unit inventory from the site layout at their own logistics expense.
  • Default Penalty: If the highest bidder fails to pay within 48 hours, their bid will be canceled for non-performance, and the entire bulk package will be instantly awarded to the Second-Highest Bidder.
