To be considered responsive, quotations must include the following:

Send all responses by email to AbujaProcurement@state.gov The solicitation number PR16187255 must appear in the subject line.
Provide a performance schedule and full product documentation (manufacturer specifications, datasheets, drawings and pictures, where applicable).
State the manufacturer, model, and exact Machine Type Model (MTM) or part number of the configuration quoted, and attach the corresponding OEM specification sheet.
Complete the “Offeror Response” column above, indicating Meets or Does Not Meet against each line, signed by an authorized representative.
Submit proof of active registration in SAM.gov and a valid Unique Entity ID (UEI).
Clearly state delivery terms, including estimated delivery time, and identify any items that are backordered.
If proposing alternatives, mark them clearly and prominently in your submission.
State the warranty period and service type offered.

Please note that the U.S. Embassy Abuja is a tax-exempt diplomatic mission.
