Job Description
- Management of Estate Ambience
- Effective monitoring and supervision of service contractors in ensuring they provide good quality services to the satisfaction of estate residents.
- Ensuring alternative power sources are in good working condition at all times.
- Effective handling of issues, problems and prompt resolution of resident’s complaints and rectification of faults in their units.
- Ensuring security of the estate is effectively maintained at all times and taking appropriate measure and making necessary recommendations to management in the estate ensuring safety of life and properties.
- Ensuring proper management of the estate finances are in a favourable condition at all times through ensuring residents account balances are always in credit as much as is practicable.
Qualification / Requirements
- Preferably male with a minimum of OND (Estate Management, Building, Engineering)
- Applicant must be willing to reside in the estate
- Must exhibit the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders (both verbal and written)
- Must possess leadership skill
