BRITISH DEPUTY HIGH COMMISSION LAGOS SALE OF USED AND SCRAPPED VEHICLES AND BOAT
The British Deputy High Commission Lagos is offering used and scrapped vehicles and 1 x ALMarine A27 Waterbus Boat for sale to members of the general public by Sealed Bids to be held on Thursday, July 11, 2019. The vehicles will be available for viewing at No. 6, Kofo Abayomi Street, Victoria Island, Lagos between the hours of 0930- 1200 hours on the same day; Thursday, July 11, 2019.
The Boat would be available for viewing at No 1 Dipcharima Close, off Raymond Njoku Street, Ikoyi, Lagos, between the 12:30noon – 2:00 pm.
The Vehicles and Boat available for viewing and disposal are as follows:
(1) 1 x Toyota, Prado (TXL)
(2) 1 x Iveco Box Van Truck
(3) 1 x Toyota, Prado (Jeep)
(4) 1 x Mitsubishi, Outlander
(5) 1 x Nissan, Pathfinder
(6) 1 x Mitsubishi, L200
(7) 1 x ALMarine A27 Waterbus Boat (Powered by 2 x85 hp Yamaha Engine).
All vehicles are sold “as is” and will be subject to payment of the appropriate Customs duty as assessed by the Nigerian Customs Service except for serial 3-7.
Interested parties wishing to purchase any of the vehicles and Boat, will be required to submit a sealed bid to the British Deputy High Commission using the bid forms which will be provided on the same day; Thursday 11 July, 2019.

All bids must be submitted immediately after viewing and not later than 3:00 pm on Thursday, 11 July, 2019. Successful bidders will be required to make payment within 48hrs of winning a bid or would lose the bid. Payment should be made by Banker’s draft or electronic transfers. No cash payments would be accepted.
Successful bidders will be expected to collect their vehicle(s) and boat not later than 43hrs after payment for non-dutiable vehicles. Evidence of payment of Customs duty must be produced before the collection of dutiable vehicles which should also be collected not later than 48 hours.
Successful bidders will be fully responsible for any costs associated with collection.
The British Deputy High Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
