DEADLINE: 6TH MAY, 2022 INTERNATIONAL RESCUE COMMITTEE (IRC) NIGERIA AUCTION SALE OF NISSAN PATROL JEEP

The International Rescue Committee, hereinafter referred to as “the IRC”, is a non- profit, humanitarian agency that provides relief, rehabilitation, protection resettlement services, and advocacy for refugees, displaced persons and victims of oppression and violent conflict. The IRC has been operating in Nigeria in October 2012 in response to a widespread flood disaster. IRC’s emergency response team with local partner CISCOPE (civil society coalition for poverty eradication) implemented a project to support livelihoods and Improve WASH in Kogi state from February to May 2013. This was followed by a 3-month nutrition and food security program in the same location from October 2013 to January 2014. IRC has been supporting programming in Adamawa state since early 2014 and expanded into Borno and Yobe states. The current projects support WASH, Nutrition, Health, Protection, Education, Economic Recovery and Development concerns among conflict-affected persons in north-eastern Nigeria.

This notice of sale is intended to inform the public that IRC offers for sale by auction two Nissan Patrol Jeep Lot 1 and Lot 2 respectively.

Inspection These items may be inspected on Wednesday 27 April, 2022 between the hours of 10:00am to 3:00pm at the IRC office Karewa extension Garba Chede Street, Jimeta Yola Adamawa State.

Bids Submission Offers to purchase must be received by the IRC in Sealed envelopes not later than Friday, 6 May, 2022 by 3:00pm and a price list with information required listed in the Bid document after the inspection.

Bid opening and Evaluation Submitted offers will be opened and reviewed by the IRC on Tuesday 10 May, 2022 at 10:00am and the successful bidders will be informed the same day.

Acceptance of your bid(s) and any subsequent contract are subject to IRC’s Terms and Conditions. IRC does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid. All bids should be sealed in an envelope and attention to the Supply Chain Coordinator. Mark the envelope “Offer of Purchase of Nissan Patrol Jeep”.
