DEADLINE: 6TH MAY, 2022 THE NIGERIAN AIR FORCE (NAF) AUCTION SALES OF DECOMMISSIONED AIRCRAFT/SCRAPS

This is to inform the general public that on the instruction of the Nigerian Air Force there will be sales of Decommissioned Aircrafts/ Scraps. They are as follows:

MIG 15 PAIGGIO ABT-18 ALPHA JET G222 FOKKER 27 C130H JAGUAR MIG21 F7 L39 L29 DOLPHIN HELICOPTERS CESSNA 550 CITATION II AIRCRAFTS ENGINES

Method of sales close bidding.

All the above listed aircraft are available for inspection at the following locations:

(1) Lagos Air Force Base

(2) Markurdi Air Force Base

(3) Benin Air Force Base

(4) Maiduguri Air Force Base

(5) Port Harcourt Air Force Base

(6) NAF Hanger at Abuja Airport

(7) Kaduna Air Force Base

(8) Kano Air Force Base

All prospective buyers are hereby advised to go and inspect any Aircraft of their choice at any of the under listed locations and after inspection the following instructions are to be followed closely:

(1) Put up your bid

(2) Mention the Aircraft of your interest

(3) Fill the NAF Registration No: of the Aircraft

(4) Quote the amount you are willing to pay for the particular Aircraft

(5) Write out your name boldly, Stating your Address, Mobile Numbers and Email Address

(6) Enclose it in an envelope and address it to the Auctioneer

Please note bidding closes on 6 May, 2022 Please note that failure to mention the name and NAF Reg. No. of the Aircraft disqualifies you and makes your bid invalid.

At the close of bidding the winners will be contacted through there address, phone numbers or email address. The winner is expected to make 30% deposit of the amount quoted within 3 working days of the notification and the balance to be paid within 7 working days. Failure to do so disqualifies the winner.

Please note that payment validates purchase. All Aircrafts are being sold as they are, also there will be no refund of money after payment and the Nigerian Air Force won’t be liable for safe guarding any Aircraft

The Nigerian Air Force is not bound to prequalify any bidder and reserves the right to annul the process at any time without incurring any liabilities in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act.
