GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE (GPN) FOR YEAR
2014-2017 MERGED TETFUND INTERVENTIONS IN LIBRARY DEVELOPMENT
The Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba, Ondo State, hereby issues the General Procurement Notice to inform eligible Contractors, Suppliers Vendors and the General Public that the University is to undertake Procurement of Works, Goods and Services under the YEAR 2014-2017 MERGED TETFUND INTERVENTION IN LIBRARY DEVELOPMENT in the following areas:
THE PROJECTS
LOT 1- Procurement of various Assorted Library Books and Journals
LOT 2- Procurement of Library Furniture.
LOT 3- Procurement of various Library ICT Components
1. Interested and eligible contractors, suppliers and vendors are advised to lookout for specific Procurement notice (SPN) for various projects mentioned above in the Federal Tenders Journal, National Dailies and Notice boards
2. The Advertisement is NOT an invitation to tender
3. Note that the bid documents would be evaluated on responsiveness to criteria including but not limited to: Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Company’s Audited Accounts for 3 years Company Income Tax (CIT), Compliance Certificate from Pension Commission (PENCOM), Compliance Certificate from Industrial Training Fund (ITF). Compliance Certificate from Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), Interim Registration Report (IRR) in the Bureau for Public Procurement (BPP) National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers Documents submitted may be subjected to due diligence without recourse to bidders.
4. The Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba, Ondo State reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007 on matters regarding these procurements without incurring any liability to the bidder.
