AMERICAN EMBASSY ABUJA – RE-SOLICITATION: INVITATION FOR SITE VISIT AND REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – PR # 8621014 – TO CONSTRUCT AND INSTALL MANUAL DROP ARM BARRIERS AT FOUR RESIDENTIAL LOCATIONS OF THE AMERICAN EMBASSY IN ABUJA

The AMERICAN EMBASSY ABUJA requests proposals from Architectural and Engineering Firms to construct and install ‘Manual Drop Arm Barriers’ for four Embassy residential locations following strictly the attached SOW and Construction/Installation guidelines. The locations with the number of barriers to be installed in each location are as follows:
- Furnish and Install Two Manual Drop Arm Barrier for ASPEN Compound
- Furnish and Install Three Manual Drop Arm Barrier for HARVARD Compound
- Furnish and Install One Manual Drop Arm Barrier for TAMPA Compound
- Furnish and Install Two Manual Drop Arm Barrier for ROUTE 66 Compound
A pre-proposal site visit has been scheduled for this requirement on the 16th of September 2019 by 10.00 am at the Embassy Compound, Plot 1075 Diplomatic Drive, CBD Abuja.
The Embassy intends to award a Purchase Order net 30 days in favor of the firm that submits the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offer following the evaluation criteria as provided in Section 7 of the SOW.
