INVITATION TO TENDER
The Corporate Affairs Commission was established by the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) of 1990 to regulate and supervise the formation, incorporation, registration, management and winding of companies in Nigeria.
The Corporate Affairs Commission intends to undertake the procurement of goods on LOT 1 and LOT 2 below. Interested contracting firms are hereby invited to tender for the following items.
2.0. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUPPLY
LOT 1: Supply of Desk Top Computers Sets
LOT 2: Supply of scanners
3.0. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Prospective bidders must possess the under-listed requirements to be eligible to participate in this procurement
i. Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission
ii. Evidence of company income tax clearance certificates for the last three years valid till 31st December, 2019
iii. Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2019
iv. Company Audited Account for the last three (3) years (2016-2018)
v. Evidence of financial capacity to execute the project by submission of reference Letter from a reputable Commercial Bank willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed.
vi. Evidence of registration with Computer Professional (Registration Council of Nigeria)
vii. Letter of authorization from the equipment manufacturers/service
viii. Provider (the letters of authorization should be on letterhead paper of the manufacturer/service provider and should be signed by the person with the proper authority to sign documents that are binding on the manufacturer/service provider).
ix. Evidence similar contract in the last five (5) years along with the job completion certificate
4.0. OTHER NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS
i. A sworn affidavit that no Partner/Director has been convicted in any country for criminal offences related to fraudulent or corrupt practices or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of facts relating to any matter and that all the required documents are both GENUINE AND UP TO DATE
ii. A sworn affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of CAC or BPP is a former or Present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and confirm that all information presented in its bids are true and correct in all materials particulars
iii. A state indicating that the company does not at the time bid have any existing loan or financial liability with a bank, other financial institutions or third party that is classified as doubtful, non-performance, and or whose repayment portion has been outstanding for the last three (3) months
iv. Bidders shall not bid for more than One (1) lot. Any bidder who bids for more than one (1) LOT shall automatically be rejected.
5.0. COLLECTION AND SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS
Interested and competent bidders are required to collect bid document containing full specification on each item from the office of Director, Procurement located of the 5th floor of the main office building of plot 420, Tigris Crescent, Maitama, Abuja, upon payment of a non-refundable sum of Ten Thousand Naira Only (N10, 000.00) using Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Payment account number as follows.

6.0. SUBMISSION OF BIDS
Prospective bidders shall enclose their Technical documents in a separate envelope (marked Technical) and the financial Bid in another envelope (marked financial) and the two separate envelopes shall be enclosed in one sealed outer envelope clearly marked INVITATION TO TENDER Lot no (Indicate the lot the bid if or) and should be submitted not later than 2:00pm (Nigeria Time) on Monday, 23rd September, 2019 to the following address:

7.0. CLOSING DATE
Submission of bids shall close at 2:00pm (Nigeria Time) on Monday, 23rd September, 2019 to be immediately followed by the bid opening on the same day. All interested member if the public, civil societies and representatives of interested firms are hereby invited to witness the opening at the Commission’s Multi-Purpose Hall, 2nd Floor, Plot 420, Tigris Crescent, off Aguiyi Ironsi Street, Maitama Abuja at 2:00pm Monday 23rd September, 2019.
8.0. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Tenderers should note that
i. The Corporate Affairs Commission reserves the right to inspect or verify claims/information submitted as it deems necessary
ii. The Corporate Affairs Commission reserve the right to annul the bidding process when unforeseen development warrants such action, without incurring any liability and assigning any reason thereof
