EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF CALL CENTRE
The Corporate Affairs Commission was established by the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) of 1990 to regulate and supervise the formation, incorporation, registration, management and winding of companies in Nigeria.
The Commission hereby invites competent firms to submit Expression of Interest for the establishment of a call centre.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICE

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Prospective bidders must possess the under-listed requirements to be eligible to participate in these procurements
a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
b. Evidence of payment of up to date Annual Returns to Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
c. Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years 2016, 2017 & 2018) Exp, 2019.
d. Evidence of Current Pension Clearance Certificate. Exp, 2019.
e. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate. Exp, 2019.
f. Evidence of current National Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate. Exp, 2019.
g. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by inclusion of Interim Registration Report (IRR) issued by the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) expiring 2019;
h. Original copy of sworn affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Corporate Affairs Commission or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars;
i. Company’s Audited Accounts for the last (3) years – 2016,2017&2018
j. Evidence of financial capability to execute the project or Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank Indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed;
k. Company Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of key Staff to be deployed for the project including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications
l. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards and Job Completion Certificates
m. For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) should be provided.
n. Evidence of current Certified True Copy (CTC) of Memorandum and Article of Association including Form CAC 7 (Particulars of Directors) and Form CAC 2 (Particulars of Share Holders)
o. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/Firm’s Letterhead Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.) and e-mail address. The Letterhead Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm;
4. SUBMISSION OF EOI DOCUMENT
Interested firms are to submit (2) bound of Expression of Interest (EOI) documents separated by dividers and arranged as indicated above. The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to The Registrar General, Corporate Affairs Commission, Plot 420 Tigris Crescent, Maitama, Abuja and clearly marked “Establishment of Call Centre”.
Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box The Registrar General’s Office, 6 Floor Corporate Affairs Commission, Plot 420 Tigris Crescent, Maitama, Abuja not later than 2.00pm (Nigerian Time) on Monday, 4th November, 2019.
5. OPENING OF EOI DOCUMENT
The EOI documents will be opened immediately after deadline for submission not later than 2.00pm (Nigerian Time) on Monday, 4 November, 2019 at the Commission’s Multi-Purpose Hall, 2 Floor, Plot 420, Tigris Crescent, Off Aguiyi Ironsi Street, Maitama Abuja in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Please, ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register in the office of The Registrar General, 6 Floor Corporate Affairs Commission, Plot 420 Tigris Crescent, Maitama, Abuja, as the Corporate Affairs Commission will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. 6. GENERAL INFORMATION
a. EOI must be in English Language and signed by an official authorized by the bidder;
b. EOl submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned un-opened;
c. All costs will be borne by the bidders;
d. All shortlisted bidders will be contacted at a later date for collection of tender documents;
e. The Corporate Affairs Commission is not bound to shortlist any bidder and reserves the right to annul the Procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities in accordance with Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act 2007.
