NLCB REQUEST FOR TENDER NOTICE FOR RENOVATION WORKS
CREATIVE ASSOCIATES INTERNATIONAL INC under its Nigerian Lake Chad Basin (NLCB) Project is releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the listed projects and invites qualified firms to bid.
Project 1:
Activity Number: RFP-NLCB114-19-08-546-
Activity Title: Renovation of Gubio II Primary School, Gubio LGA, Borno State
Project 2:
Activity Number: RFP-NLCB115-19-07-543
Activity Title: Rehabilitation of the Monguno Police Barracks in Borno State
Project 3:
Activity Number: NLCB052-19-07-502/503/504
Activity Title: Supply of Food Items to Bulukutu Rehabilitation Center, Borno State
GENERAL CRITERIA:
(1) Bidder must be fully registered firm with three years track record of delivering similar service in Northeast Nigeria.
(2) Bidder must be a registered firm with CAC Certificate and TAX ID
(3) Bidder must be willing to provide quotations that are valid for a minimum of 90days
(4) Bidder must demonstrate financial capability to carry out award without requiring an advance
CRITERIA FOR PROJECT A AND B
(1) Bidder must be a qualified building, construction, civil engineering him and must have carried out similar works in Northeast Nigeria, they must possess strong technical knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the drilling of borehole, construction or repair of houses, buildings, or such related structures in accordance with the international standards for construction engineering industry.
It is Creative’s intent to make this award on a best value basis.
