The M-QIP is a USAID/NESTLE PROGRAM implemented by CNFA in Nigeria. The goal of the M-QIP project is to reduce contaminants in maize and soya beans in Kaduna State.

1.0: Scope of Work: The M-QIP project is seeking the services of a firm to conduct a financial audit of the Project in line with Nigeria Corporate Affairs Commission regulations for incorporated trustee registration.

1.1: Tasks: Conduct an audit of M-QIP financial documents to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations as well as good accounting practices.
1.2: Period of Performance and Deliverables: August 1, 2019 through August 8, 2019. The selected vendor must submit an audit report within one week of the audit detailing one-year audit report covering August 1 2017 to September 2018.

2.3: Cost Proposal: Pricing must be presented in naira. Offers must remain valid for not less than 90 calendar days after the offer deadline. Offerors are requested to provide offers on official letterhead.
2.4: Proposal Format Instructions: All proposals must be formatted in accordance with the below requirements:
(a) English language only
(b) Include the individual/agency/organization name, date, RFP number, and page numbers as a header or footer throughout die document.
A full proposal will include the following documents:
(a) A cover letter on company letterhead, signed by an authorized representative of the offeror (see Annex B for template).
(b) A complete Technical Proposal in response to the evaluate on criteria in Section 2.3 and in the format provided in Annex C.
(c) A copy of the offeror’s business license and other relevant documents
(d) Three contacts for references from organizations for which the offeror has successfully performed similar work.
