GIZ TENDER FOR PROVISION OF DEAL ROOMS AS A SERVICE
The Deutsche Gesellschaft for international Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) Gmbh; through “Tech Entrepreneurship initiative make-It in Africa project in Lagos. Nigeria” Programme. Financed by the Federal Ministry of Economic Corporation and Development of Germany, invites qualified consulting firms or companies to express their interest. Find details below:
GIZ Intends to award a contract to engage the service of consulting firms/companies to establish deal rooms as a service, the objective is to increase the investment/business offers of up to 10 start-ups and to provide capital building to financing partners.
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified consulting firms or companies to express their interest by furnishing GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing interest.
b. Company profile including CVs of staffs and number of employees (permanent / temporary) for the last 3 years listed.
c. Evidence of experience in any of the following areas: private sector development. Business support and investment, start-up development, seed funding etc. only verifiable third-party evidence are acceptable such as award letter, contracts, etc.
d. Tax Clearance any recent certificate not later than 2014
e. CAC registration
For consideration, all interested & qualified consulting companies should submit the aforementioned documents only as head copy in a sealed envelope to
