INVITATIONS FOR BID (IFB)
THE PROCUREMENT OF ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE NEW SPECIALIST HOSPITAL
The Edo State Government in its stride to improve access to quality health service delivery constructed a world class New Specialist hospital. The Hospital is to be managed under the Public Private Partnership to ensure effective and sustainable delivery of health services. To ensure this, the state government has approved the provision of additional hospital equipment of various types to complement the already existing equipment
Edo State Ministry of Health Benin City now invites sealed bids for the Procurement of additional equipment of various types as detailed below;
Consequently, applications/expression of interest are hereby invited from interested companies, corporate bodies, to manage the following Parking Lots:

Bidding will be conducted under the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) as specified in section 20 and 21 of the Edo State Public Procurement Law 2012 and Paragraph 39 to 43 of the Procurement Procedure Manual and its open to all eligible bidders.
2.0 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Interested bidders for any of the LOT specified above must satisfy the following eligibility criteria.
(i) Evidence of registration with Edo State Public Procurement Agency (EDPPA)
(ii) Certificate of incorporation with Cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(iii) Evidence of carrying our similar job done in the immediate past three years.
(iv) Other eligibility criteria are listed in the biding document
(2.1) These documents are to be arranged in order in which they are listed above.
3.0 COLLECTION OF BIDDING DOCUMENT
Interested and eligible traders are requested to collect Tender Documents from the Office of the Procurement Officer, 2nd Floor, Block D Building, Secretariat Complex, High Court Road, Benin City From the date of this Publication between the hours of 9:00am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holiday, upon the payment of Non-refundable fee of N100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Naira) only to the state IGR Account No 1010250531 UBA
4.0 SUBMISSION OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS
All bids must be accompanied with bid security of two percent (2%) of the quoted bid price. Tender Documents are to be enclosed in three envelopes marked Original and 2 Copies on the top right hand corner. The three envelops shall be have the name of the company and the Lots quoted for boldly on the envelopes, and shall be address to:

All Tender Documents are to be registered and submitted at the
Department of Planning, Research and Statistics,
2nd Floor, Block D Building, Secretariat Complex,
High Court Road, Benin City.
Tender Documents are to be written in English Language and the last day for tender submission is 11:00am, 30 May, 2019. Bids submitted after the deadline of submission shall be rejected. Bidders are requested to read the bid documents for further details.
(5.0) BIDS OPENING
Bids shall be opened immediately after the dose of submission of bids on the 30 May, 2019 by 11:00am at the Office of the Permanent Secretary Block D Building, Secretariat Complex, High Court Road, Benin City. Bidders or their representatives as well as CSOs who may wish to attend the bid opening are invited to witness the bid opening section.
This advert shall not be construed to mean commitment on the part of the Edo State Government to award any form of contract and will not indemnify any contractor in relation to any expenses incurred therein.
