The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; “Promoting Trade in West Africa II (WATIP II)”. financed by the European Union and the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure Local Area Network (LAN) for Voice and Data network access and setup a Standard Server Room.
The LAN Network includes the purchase and installation of Items like Ethernet Data Ports, Intercom Voice Ports, Cat 6e data cables, High End Wireless Access Points, Intercom (PABX) Desk Phones, 20U wall mount swing out rack enclosures, 24ports and 48 ports high-end unmanaged PoE capable data Switches, Inverter sourced power sockets near switch racks, 128 extensions hybrid rack mount PABX machine, SIM Terminal, Console Phone, Fire Suppression System, raised floor etc.
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
(a) Official letter expressing interest.
(b) Concise company profile
(c) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area in IT.
(d) Bank Reference Letter
(e) Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and installation of a LAN Network). Only third-party evidence will be considered not list of similar jobs.
