GLRA NIGERIA is requesting for financial bids for the procurement of one (1) new 4×4 Toyota Hilux vehicle.
Project: GLRA Nigeria project
Scope: Supply of one (1) new 4×4 Toyota Hilux vehicle with the following specifications
1. Tropicalized engine capacity (minimum of 2.7 litres)
2. 5 speed manual gear transition
3. Petrol engine
4. Auxiliary gear
5. Latest model, double cabin
6. Manual windows
7. Radio/CD/Air bags, automatic brake transmission, factory fitted A/C
8. Left hand drive, English manual, basic tools, lead lights, spare wheel
9. Metallic paint (white)
10. Power Steering, side steps
11. Three years factory warranty
Validity: Tenders shall remain valid for 60 calendars from the deadline for receipt of Quotations.
Minimum Requirements for Vendors:
– Evidence of Company’s Incorporation
– Evidence of Tax Clearance certificate for 2018
– Evidence of a Tax Identification Number (TIN)
– Company profile
– Evidence of successfully executing similar supplies within the last two years (copies of letters of award & successful completion certificates and supporting reference letter should be attached) Company’s registered address, functional contact email address, and GSM phone number(s)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
– This request for quotation solicitation will be very competitive
– The successful bidder(s) shall be notified in writing and a purchase order issued by GLRA Nigeria
SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS
Quotations shall be delivered by hand (dropped into the tender box) or by courier service clearly referencing the request for tender (RFT) title. The hard copy of the bid should be sealed in an envelope marked on the top right side with Procurement of new 4×4 Toyota Hilux Vehicle – Financial Bid
