INVITATION TO TENDER

In line with the State Government’s policy of recovering and rehabilitating decayed public infrastructures, the ministry is embarking on the Renovation and Remodeling of some buildings in the state.

In compliance with the Kaduna State Public Procurement Law (PPL), the Ministry wishes to invite interested, competent and qualified companies with relevant experience to tender for the following projects:

Contracts - Kaduna state

1.0 SUBMISSION OF TECHNICAL PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
The bidders are to submit but not limited to the following:
a. Evidence of Company Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission. (C.A.C.)
b. Evidence of Company Registration with Kaduna State Public Procurement Authority (PPA).
c. Evidence of Registration of Business Premises.
d. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for 2016, 2017 and 2018 with a clear turnover statement.
e. Company Audited Accounts for 2016, 2017 and 2018 with a clear turnover statement.
f. Evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee.
g. List of key personnel in the Company’s employment with their qualification and registration with relevant professional bodies.
h. List of equipment and evidence of ownership or lease agreement.
i. List of verifiable completed/ongoing works in the last 5 years with Evidence of Completion.
j. VAT Registration with evidence of remittance.
k. Evidence of compliance with PENCOM.
l. Evidence of compliance with ITF
m. Evidence of financial capability and banking support.
n. Any other relevant information that would be helpful in determining the firm’s suitability for the works.

2.0 COLLECTION OF BID DOCUMENTS
Interested Bidders are to collect bidding documents from the Secretary, Resident Due Process Committee on presentation of evidence of payment of tender fees, starting from 23rd July 2019, at the following address:
Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructure,
Sokoto Road,
Kaduna, Kaduna State.

All sections of the financial bid document MUST be filled

All sections of the financial bid document MUST be filled in INK and every page of the financial bid must be duly signed by an authorized person for
any bid to be considered complete.
Any item not priced shall be deemed included elsewhere in the bid.

3.0 SUBMISSION OF BIDS
Bids are to be submitted in envelopes comprising:
I. Technical prequalification documents shall be One (1) original and Two (2) copies, all in separate envelopes, marked at the top right corner
“Pre-qualification documents”.
ii. Financial bid shall be One (1) original and Two (2) copies all in the second envelope and marked “Financial bid”.
iii. These are to be contained in and outer envelope duly marked “Prequalification and Financial bid Lot………” The bidder’s Name, Address and Telephone number should be written on the reverse side of the outer envelope.
iv. The outer envelope shall be addressed to:
