TENDER ADVERTISEMENT OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) FOR THE SUPPLY OF WATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS ACROSS THE STATE
PROJECT CONTRACT NO: KBSTB / MWRD/RWS/ 2019
The Kebbi State Ministry of Water Resources is inviting suitable and qualified contractors to submit their bids for the supply of water treatment chemicals across the state.
1.0 QUALIFICATION OF FIRMS RESPONDING TO THE (RFQ)
Water engineering firms, representative of manufacturers of water materials etc in presenting
Interested contractors/ supplier in presenting quotation must be shown clear evidence of:
(a) Payment of Corporate Taxes, PAYE, VAT etc.
(b) Kebbi State Tenders Board Registration Certificate
( c) Certificate of Incorporation for Companies/Consulting Firms
( d) Memorandum and Articles of Association
( e) List of previous Works/Services Executed within Kebbi State and Evidence of Performance.
( f) Letter of confirmation by applicant’s Bankers on having financial capacity to execute the contract
(g) Third Party Insurance
(h) Registration with professional/regulatory bodies as would be applicable
( i) List of company/consulting firms personnel including qualification and year of experience in the field
( j) List of company/consulting firms machineries, equipment and instruments
2.0 DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS
Water Engineering firms, representatives of manufacturers of water materials etc are to submit quotation on or before one week from the date of this advertisement (1, August 2019)
The Ministry of Water Resources and Rural Development Kebbi State reserves the right to reject any quotation that does not meet its requirements.
