We refer to the Request for Expression of Interest (Request for Eol) issued on 27th November,
2019 and the public bid opening ceremony held on 18th December 2019.

For the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not constitute and should not be construed as an announcement of bidders who have been shortlisted for the next stage of the bid process.
A subsequent request for qualification (RFQ) and/or proposal notice will be issued to the successful bidders in due course.
Kindly note that we are not responsible for any costs or expenses that any bidder may occur, or may have incurred in the course of, in connection with or in relation to the bid process.
