NATIONAL DRUG LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY – NDLEA
INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS UNDER 2019 CAPITAL APPROPRIATION

1.0. INTRODUCTION
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) intends to execute Capital Projects in the 2019 fiscal years. As a result of this, the Agency hereby invites submissions from competent and reputable companies with proven tracks record to indicate interested in the under-listed projects.

2.0. REQUIREMENTS
Interested companies wishing to carry out these projects are required to submit the following documents:
a. copies of certificate of incorporation, memorandum and Article of Association, form CO7 ad CO2
b. Evidence of compliance with the provisions of the Pension Reform Act 2004
c. Evidence of compliance with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Act CAP 19, LFN 2004 with respect to payment of statutory training contribution to the Funds by employers engaged in industry or commence with 5 or more employees in their establishment
d. Evidence of registration on the National database of contractors, consultants and service providers
e. Copies of VAT registration and evidence of recent VAT remittance
f. comprehensive company profile
g. Evidence of Tax remittance for 2015-2018
h. List of verifiable documentary evidence of similar projects and jobs successfully executed within the last (2) years with evidence of completion
i. Reference letter from any Nigeria ban to provide performance bond to cover project execution, if required
j. Company’s Audited Accounts for the year 2017 and 2018
k. In line with Federal Government directives , a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only should be paid to Treasury Single account (TSA) as sealed below:
l. Account Name: Accountant General (Federal Sub-Treasury) Account No: 3000002095 maintained in the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and presents evidence of payments) and collect Tender documents from Room 015 at the agency’s’ National Headquarters.

3.0. INTERESTED PARTIES SHOULD NOTE THAT
Complying with the above requirements does not automatically imply awards of contract because the Agency will provide a level platform for transparency and merit

4.0. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS:
All Bid documents be addressed to the Chairman/Chief Executive NDLEA in Sealed envelope and deposited in the Tender Box at the reception of the Agency’s National Headquarters at 4, Shaw Road, Ikoyi Lagos Technical and Financial Bid documents should be addressed in separates envelope

The closing date for the submission of the bids is 6th of November, 2019

Late submission of Tender applications shall not be accepted.

5.0. OPENING OF BIDS:
Bids received latest 12:00 noon on the 26th November, 2019 shall be opened at 1:00 pm same day at the Conference Room at the Agency’s’ National Headquarters, 4 Shaw Road, Ikoyi, Lagos. All interested parties are invited to attend.
