The National Industrial Court of Nigeria with a wide network of Divisions within the nation wished invite application from competent, experienced and reputable Suppliers/ Contractors who wish to tender for jobs in various areas specified below. These services are required in our offices and official residences in all the Judicial Divisions including Abuja. Interested Suppliers/Contractors are invited to indicate their interest in any of the following areas by applying for bidding as required.

A. SUPPLY
Lot 1: Supply of Stationeries
Lot 2: Supply of Drugs
Lot 3: Supply of Desktop Computer (HP)
Lot 4: Supply of Deskjet Printer (HP)
B. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Prospective Suppliers/Contractors/ are required to submit their applications along with the following documents:
(a) Valid Certificate of Incorporation/ Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(b) Current Tax clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2017, 2018 & 2019)
(c) Value Added Tax Registration Certificate
(d) Company’s Profile including detail of key staff strength to be deployed for execution of the contract.
( e) Evidence of involvement and experience in similar contract stating contract sum and showing evidence of award an timely completion.
( f) Valid certificate of Compliance with National Social Insurance Trust Fund NSTIF) Act.
( g) Certificate of compliance with ITF Act 2005 ( Not payment receipts)
( h) Certificate of Compliance with National Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSTIF) Act
( i) Evidence of Registration on the National Data Base of contractors, Consultants and Service provider by inclusion of Interim Registration Report (IRR) issued by the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP)
C. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENT
(a) Interested and competent bidders are requested to collect bid document upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand naira (N10, 000.00) only through REMITA platform in favor of National Industrial Court of Nigeria (NICN) Receipt should be collected from Account Department on successful payment and presented to the Procurement Department for collection of tender document.
(b) Interested/Eligible bidder may obtain further information at the address stated below between the hours of 9:00am to 4:00am. Monday to Friday, except on public holidays at the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, 10, Port Harcourt Crescent, off Gimbiya Street, Area 11, Abuja, FCT.
D. SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS
Bid must be submitted in sealed envelopes, duly marked ad “ORIGINAL” and “Copy”. These envelopes containing the original and the copies shall then be enclosed in one single envelope clearly marked the applicable LOT as stated above address:

E. CLOSING AND OPENING OF BID
Submission of bid documents closes on Monday 10, June 2019 at 12noon. Any bid after the stated date and time shall not be considered. The submitted bid will be opened on the same day 10, June, 2019 at 1:00pm at NICN, 10, Port Harcourt Crescent, off Gimbiya Street, Area 11, Garki, Abuja. Bidders/Company representative, Civil society and Non-governmental Organization are hereby invited.

(3) This invitation to Tender shall not be construed to be commitment on the part of the Court, for contract award nor shall it entitle the Tenderer to make any claims whatsoever and seek indemnity from the Court by virtue of having responded to this advertisement.
