INVITATION FOR TENDER FOR THE EXECUTION OF 2019 ZONAL INTERVENTION PROJECTS APPROPRIATION

The under-listed requirement and only bids that were adjudged to be technically competent and meet the minimum qualifying score will be qualified for participation at the financial tenders stage:

i. Evidence of Financial capabilities supported with Bank Statement and Commitment from a reputable Bank
ii. Detailed company’s Profile with Curriculum vitae of key officers/professional personnel including photocopies or relevant Professional/Technical certificates/Qualifications
iii. Evidence or registration with relevant professional bodies such as COREN, ARCON, and CORBON
iv. Unabridged company’s Audited Annual Reports for the last three years i.e. 2016, 2017 and 2018
v. Evidence of ownership of equipment, or lease agreement notarized by a court of Law
vi. Photocopies of letters of Award and Completion certificate of successful similar jobs done.

1. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Tenders can be collected from the procurement until of the Institute, Block A Room 2, Asa Dam Road, Ilorin on payment of N10,000.00 for Works, Goods, and Services (Non-refundable tenders fee). Payable to Nigerian Stored Product Research Institute (Consultancy) e-collection Account 0080176361011 through Remittal Platform.

2. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Completed bidding documents consisting of technical and financial bids should be in a separate envelope and marked accordingly. The two bids should be enclosed in one big sealed envelope indicating the contract name and the lot. Each sealed enveloped should have the name and address of the bidder and to be addressed to the Executive Director Nigerian Stored Products Research Institute (NSPRI) at Km 3, Asa Dam Road, Ilorin Kwara State. Bids are to be dropped in the tender box placed in room 2, Block A of the Procurement Unit of the institute between the hours of 9:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday every day.

3. OPENING OF BID
All tenders must be submitted on or before 12 noon, 8th October 2019. Bids will be opened in the public immediately after the deadline at Adesida Hall of the Institute at KM3, Asa Dam Road, Ilorin. Bidders or their representatives are expected to be in attendance

4. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
i. Prospective contractors, Suppliers and service providers must note that late submission of bids will not be entertained as all bids submitted late will be turned un-opened to the bidders.
ii. Bidders should not bid for more than Two (2) Lots
iii. Any bid submitted in the wrong place or through posting will not be treated
iv. Completion period must be clearly stated in the financial bids.
v. Bids must be English Language
vi. All documents must be duly signed by official authorized bidders
vii. All cost will be borne by the bidders.
