In accordance with the requirement of the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Nigerian Television Authority wishes to invite interested, competent and experienced contractors/reputable Companies to submit application for prequalification for the supply of equipment/spare parts and furniture as may be required by NTA during the year.

Lot 1: Supply of Transmitter Equipment/Spare parts
Lot 2: Repairs and Installation of TV Transmitter
Lot 3: Supply and Installation of Studio Transmission/Reception/Production and Post-Production Equipment
Lot 4: OB Van – DSNG Equipment/Spare Parts
Lot 5: Supply and Installation of Satellite Upgrade/Microwave Links Equipment
Lot 6: Generator/UPS Repairs & Spare Parts
Lot 7: Air Conditioner/Electrical; Spare Parts/Lighting Equipment
Lot 8: Office Equipment/Computers and Accessories
Lot 9: Construction and Installation of Television Mast
Lot 10: Production of Magazine (|Contact, this is NTA Enterprises)

i. Evidence Certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
ii. Valid Tax clearance for the last three years expiring on 31st December, 2019
iii. Evidence of Pension Compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2019
iv. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Certificate valid till 31st December, 2019
v. Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) compliance certificate valid 31st December 2019.
vi. Evidence of registration on the National Database of contractors, consultants and service providers by Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) or a copy of interim Registration Report (IRR) as evidence of compliance with the requirements.
vii. Evidence of registration with professional bodies such as COREN etc. (applicable forLot2 and Lot8)
viii. Copy of Original Equipment Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter (for Lots 1-9)
ix. Detailed Company’s profile with the Curriculum Vitae of key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/professional Qualifications
x. Sworn Affidavit:
a. Disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of Nigeria Television Authority or Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interested in the bidder and confirm that the information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars
b. That the company is not in receivership, insolvency or bankruptcy
c. That the company does not have any Director who has been convicted in any court in Nigeria or any other country for a criminal offence in relation to fraud or financial impropriety
xi. Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of reference letter from a reputable commercial Bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed.
xii. Audited Account of the company for the last three years (2016, 2017, 2018) fully signed and stamped by the auditor
xiii. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs in the last five (5) years including letter of awards, valuation Certificate and job completion certificate
xiv. A copy of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in situation of bidders in joint venture (JV), partners in joint ventures must meet all eligibility requirements.
xv. For Lot9 list of plants/equipment with proof of ownership/lease
xvi. Companies who are submitting for operational vehicles/spare parts be accompanied by an evidence of being a Nigerian Automotive Manufactures/Assemblers or accredited dealer of vehicles assemble in Nigeria.

i. The pre-qualification and Tender Documents should be arranged in the order listed above, Enclosed and sealed and should be clearly marked TECHNICAL at the top-hand corner of the envelope
ii. Bidders are required to submit copies of their Bids addressed to the Director general, NTA Area 11, Garki – Abuja
iii. All Bid Documents should be dropped in the Boxes at the Post Mortem Hal, DOMSAT, NTA Headquarters, Area 11, Garki-Abuja not later than 12:00 noon on Thursday 13th June, 2019.

Prequalification documents will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Thursday 13th June 2019 at the Post Mortem Hall, DOMSAT, Area 11, Garki-Abuja. Bidders/their representatives, Civil Society Organizations and the public are hereby invited to the opening. All inquiries should be directed to procurement Unit, NTA Headquarters, Area 11, Garki Abuja.

i. All application for the pre-qualification must be signed or else will not be considered
ii. All documents should be arranged in the order listed in paragraph 3 above and each lot is to be submitted separately as using one company document for more than a lot will be rejected
iii. No bidder should more for more than two (2) lots
iv. Only prequalification bidders will be invited at a later date for collection of financial tenders
v. This publication is for information purpose only, and not an outright offer
vi. The Authority will not be responsible for nay cost expense incurred d by any interested party(ies) in connection with the bid.sd
vii. The Authority is not bound to shortlist any bidders and reserve the right to annul the selection process anytime without incurring any liabilities in line with provision of Section 28 of the Public procurement Act 2007
