The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people. NRC advocates for the right and provides assistance, protection and durable solutions to refugees and internally displaced persons worldwide.
NRC has been operating in Nigeria since late 2015 providing assistance with Emergency Shelter, Livelihoods and Food Security, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene sectors, Information and Legal Counselling and Education.
NRC-Nigeria with funding from EU_Devco is outsourcing below request;
- Provision of Agricultural Farming Inputs (Seeds, Fertilizers, Pesticides)
- Provision of Irrigation Water Pumping Machine
- Drilling and Casing of Irrigation Tube wells
Qualify organizations interested in participating in this open tender should pick up and submit their tender documents to the NRC Maiduguri Area Office located at No.25 Old GRA Maiduguri, Borno State.

The tender documents will be available from the 13th March, 2019 to Tuesday 2nd April, 2019.

Deadline for Bid Submission is 04:00pm on the 2nd April, 2019. Late bids will not be accepted. All submissions must be in hardcopy.
NRC aims to procure high quality standards products (European standards or similar) with the minimum environmental impact. NRC reserves the right to reject quotations provided by suppliers not meeting these standards.
Samples shall be requested from pre-selected bidders at the evaluation stage.
