Oyo State House Of Assembly - Invitation To Tender For Renovation Works

OYO STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY PARLIAMENT BUILDINGS, SECRETARIAT, IBADAN INVITATION TO TENDER

1. INTRODUCTION The Oyo State House of Assembly intends to renovate the official residences of the Rt. Hon Speaker and Deputy Speaker. Consequently, applications for bids are invited from interested bidders as follows:

LOT I: Rt. Hon. Speaker’s Official Quarters LOT II : Hon. Deputy Speaker’s Official Quarters

BIDDING CRITERIA Interested Companies will be required to submit the following: (a) Payment of non-refundable fee of N 100,000:00 for each of the bids respectively; (b) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission; (c) Evidence of similar jobs done in the past; (d) Evidence of registration with Oyo State Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP); (e) Evidence of Registration of Business Premises with Oyo State Ministry of Trade, investments and Co-operatives; (f) Evidence of Incorporation and current Tax Clearance Certificate for three (3) years (2017, 2018 and 2019); (g) Copies of Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificates of two (2) Directors of the Company issued by the Oyo State Board of Internal Revenue; (h) Provision of VAT Certificate and Evidence of Remittance of VAT; (i) Sworn Affidavit that no member of OYHA or Staff of BPP is a Director of the company and that all documents submitted are true.

2. COLLECTION OF BIDDING FORMS Interested bidders are to obtain the tender documents as from Tuesday, 29 October, 2019 in the office of the Director (Administration and Supplies); Room 57, Oyo State House of Assembly, upon payment of non-refundable fee, between 10:00a.m. and 3:30p.m. on working days.

3. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS All completed bids should be submitted in sealed and waxed envelopes indicating the Lot, to the Office of the Clerk of the House, Oyo State House of Assembly.

4. CLOSING DATE Bids must be submitted not later than Monday, 4 November, 2019 . Please, note that the Management of the House of Assembly is not bound to accept the lowest or any particular tender.
