EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES 2019
a. The Federal High Court of Nigeria in compliance with the Public Procurement Act(PPA) 2007, invites reputable consulting firms/companies with proven track records to express interest for the consultancy of the under listed projects:
LOT 1: FHC/CON/SKT/001/2019
CONSULTANCY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FEDERAL HIGH COURT OUTSTATION, SOKOTO, SOKOTO STATE.
LOT 2: FHC/CON/JGW/002/2019
CONSULTANCY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FEDERAL HIGH COURT OUTSTATION, DUTSE, JIGWA STATE.
b. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Prospective consultants shall possess the following documents and without any of the under listed requirements, the company will automatically be disqualified.
a. Valid certificate of incorporation with the corporate affairs commission
b. Evidence of registration on the national database of federal contractors, consultants and service providers by submission of interim registration report (IRR) expiring 31st June, 2019 or valid certificate issued by BPP.
c. Evidence of current pension compliance certificate valid till 31st December,2019
d. Tax clearance certificate for the last three years (2016,2017,2018) valid up to 31st December, 2019
e. Evidence of current insurance trust fund (ITF) compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2019.
f. Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2019.
g. Evidence of sworn affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the Federal High Court of Nigeria or BPP is not a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that al information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars.
h. Companys audited account for the last three (3)years (2016,2017,2018)
i. Evidence of firms current practice license with the relevant professional body, namely COREN, QSRBN and ARCON
j. All documents must be transmitted with a covering/forwarding letter under the company/firms letter head paper bearing amongst others, the registration number (RC) as issued by the corporate affairs commission (CAC), Contact address, GSM Numbers and E-mail address, the letterhead must bear the names and nationalities of the directors of the company at the bottom of the page duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm.
c. OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Prospective companies shall possess the following documents(Marks are allocated to and scored)
a. Company’s resume and evidence of technical capability and the list of at least five (5( registered professionals namely architect, quantity surveyor, electrical mechanical and civil engineers.
b. Evidence of at least (3) similar contracts executed (as lead consultant), in the last five (5) years, including letters of engagement, job completion certificates and photographs of the projects.
c. For joint venture/partnership, memorandum of understanding (MOU) should be provided (all the eligibility requirements are compulsory for each partner)
d. Bank reference letter(original copy) addressed to the chief registrar, Federal High Court of Nigeria.
4. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
All documents should be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked at the top centre LOT No and at the bottom left EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICED 2019 and addressed to;

Central Business District
Federal Capital Territory
5. PLEASE NOTE:
a. All submissions would be verified from the relevant agencies like the federal Inland Revenue services, corporate affair commission, etc.
b. This advertisement for expression of interest for consultancy services shall not be constructed to be a commitment on the part of the federal high court of Nigeria. Nor shall it entitle the submitting firm/company having responded to the advert.
c. Expression of interest should be very clear about the bidder’s area and proven competence and interest
d. Expression of interest for differ consultancy/lot should be submitted in different envelopes
e. Late submissions will be rejected
f. If any information provided is found to be false at any stage of the exercise, it will lead to outright disqualification
6. CLOSING AND OPENING
Submission of documents shall close at exactly 10.00am on a 22nd July, 2019 and opening of the documents will take place at the justice Ukeje hall (1st floor) federal high court headquarters, Abuja at 11.00am on 22nd July, 2019
