UNITED STATES EMBASSY, ABUJA – REQUEST FOR QUOTE – PR8403301 – COMPLETE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT – RENOVATION OF THE NIGERIAN POLICE FORCE TRAINING SITE AT ILA ORANGUN, OSUN STATE

The UNITED STATES EMBASSY ABUJA invites you to submit a proposal for the renovation and upgrading of a training facility, located at Ila Orangun, Osun State, as per attached Solicitation Package, including the following:

- Statement of Work (SOW) (PDF 533KB)
- Site Map (DOCX 53KB)
- Complete Solicitation Document (PDF 690KB)
The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit for this requirement on Thursday October 3, 2019 at 2PM, at the Nigerian Police Force Training Site, Ila Orangun, Osun State, and all prospective offerors are invited to attend. To attend, please send the name/s of your representative/s (no more than two per company) by email to Abujaprocurement@state.gov no later than 12 Noon (Local Time) on Monday September 30, 2019.
In order for your proposal to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
- Standard Form (SF) 1442
- Technical Proposal – Including but not limited to your methodology for meeting this requirement; your performance schedule, evidence of past performance with contact information for your current and former clients, your company registration, etc – See Section J for more details
- Price Quotation
Your proposal must be submitted by email to AbujaProcBids@State.gov with the following Subject Line “RFQ #PR8403301 – ‘Renovation of Training Site at Ila Orangun, Osun State’ and addressed to the Contracting Officer, U. S. Embassy, Plot 1075 Diplomatic Drive, Central Business District, Abuja on or before 4pm (Local Time) on October 9, 2019. No proposal will be accepted after this time.
Please note: Proposals that do not include all the above information may be deemed technically unacceptable. See Section K for details. Direct any questions regarding this solicitation to AbujaProcurement@state.gov by email no later than September 27, 2019, (with the above subject line) and responses will be provided to all interested parties.
The U.S. Embassy intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
