INVITATION FOR TENDERS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 500 HOUSING UNITS IN MAIDUGURI
1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Borno State Ministry of Housing and Energy, invites reputable and interested Building/Civil Engineering Contractors to submit tenders for the Construction of 500 Housing Units i.e. 300 Housing Estate, adjacent to the State University, Kano – Jos Road, Maiduguri and 200 Housing Estate, along Gubio Road, Maiduguri.
LOT 1: Construction of 1 of 2 Bedrooms House at 300 Housing Estate, adjacent to the State University, Kano – Jos Road, Maiduguri.
LOT 2: Construction of I of 1 Bedroom House at 300 Housing Estate, adjacent to the State University, Kano – Jos Road, Maiduguri.
LOT 3: Construction of 1 of 2 Bedrooms House at 200 Housing Estate, along Gubio Road, Maiduguri
LOT 4: Construction of 1 of 1 Bedrooms House at 200 Housing Estate, along Gubio Road, Maiduguri.
LOT 5: Construction of project office.
2.0
Eligibility Requirement (financial documents etc.): Interested bidders
are requested to provide the following along with their tender
documents.
(i) Certificate of incorporation
(ii) Tax Clearance Bank Reference
(iii) Bank reference
(iv) Stamp duty payment
(v) List of corporate management & technical staff
(vi) Affidavit of compliance with Borno State public procurement law, 2019.
(vii) Sworn affidavit that the company is not in receiving
(viii) Audited financial report & accounts for 3 years
3.0 Collection of Tender Document (Technical): Interested bidders (tenders) are to collect tender documents from the Secretary Ministerial Tenders Board. Borno State Ministry of Housing and Energy upon payment of non-refundable tender fee of N50,000.00 to Borno State Bureau of Public Procurement, from date of this publication to 3 February, 2020.
4.0 Submission of Tender documents: The completed tender documents should be enclosed in an envelope sealed and marked. TENDER DOCUMENTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF:

Lot 3: Construction of 1 of 2 Bedrooms House at 200 Housing Estate, along Gubio Road, Maiduguri
Lot 4: Construction of 1 of 1 Bedrooms House at 200 Housing Estate, along Gubio Road, Maiduguri.
Lot 5: Construction of project office
